I'M EXCITED TOO, I CAN'T EVEN CONTAIN MYSELF! Truffles are among my top ten favorite things in the whole entire world; I can't imagine how delicious handmade ones much be!

Would it be possible for you to send me a comprehensive potential flavor list? I see you mentioned some teas up there, potentially some fruit flavors -- and I'm really, truly bad at making decisions, so having a full list would be really helpful. (Meanwhile, I'll poke at the websites of my favorite chocolate distributors and see what I'd most like from there. But let's be honest: tea + chocolate is basically the most winning combination. I'll probably go with that.)

Final question: how many different flavors can I combine in this guy? I probably wouldn't go more than, say, four or so, but as a baker myself, I totally recognize that it'll be way easier for you to do as few as possible. I think I'd be way happier with at least two different ones, but I completely understand if that's not something you'd like to do!

And I am about to message you with the link to a screenshot of my donation, so we can get this guy started. :D Since I'm living in two different places right now, I'll hold off on address-giving until we have a better idea of when these will be coming!

I've also agreed to do a batch of lime & coconut truffles in the near future, if you want in on that action. (lime zest, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut cream, dried unsweetened coconut, dark chocolate)

Oh my goodness, this is so many things! I'm extra super excited for this now!!

For initial thoughts: I'm intrigued by orange, vanilla, a pairing of cinnamon + coriander (I had a chocolate flavored like that a few years ago and I've never forgotten it!), a chai spice mix (so, black cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg), Matcha Matsu, Celebration, Yerba Mate Latte, and English and/or Irish Breakfast. I can definitely narrow this list down, but I don't think I'd want anything not listed here.

Can you let me know the maximum number of different flavors I could combine? Again, totally up to you on this one, but I'm so bad at making decisions, so it'll be good to know before I commit my heart to any of the above selections.

I'll start working on this next week and see how it goes. I'm not going to commit to more than 2 flavors, but we'll see.

Okay! :D Definitely makes sense. I think my top two picks would be Irish Breakfast (any chance you could slip some Baileys into that?) and the cinnamon and coriander. If you do end up being okay with making more, let me know and I'll offer further picks!
