Oh my gosh, I finally found this auction again. I know it's been years, and I'm SO sorry, but if you'd still like the Legolas cut-out I will totally send him to you.

I have no excuse for defaulting on you, just a reason it happened. I stalled sending him to you because I had friends visiting in a few months from Texas, and I thought I might talk them into delivering him on their way home. Then their car was too full and when I got around to shipping him myself, I found I had totally lost your contact information and even any memory of which darn relief auction I'd offered him in! There were a lot of these auctions around then, Haiti, New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Sandy, etc. and I simply couldn't find where my offer was. I scrupulously kept him though, hoping I would figure it out. Do you still want him?
